SPINACH & RICOTTA SHELLS - INGREDIENTS: 12 OUR FAMILY JUMBO SHELLS, 2 TSP OLIVE OIL, DIVIDED, 15 OZ RICOTTA CHEESE, 1/2 CUP GRATED PARMESAN, 8 OZ FROZEN SPINACH, THAWED & SQUEEZED DRY, 1/2 TSP GARLIC POWDER, 1/2 TSP CAYENNE PEPPER, 1/2 TSP DRIED BASIL, 1/2 TSP DRIED OREGANO, 1 EGG, 1 LB LEAN GROUND BEEF OR GROUND TURKEY, 24 OZ JAR MARINARA SAUCE, 1 CUP SHREDDED MOZZARELLA. INSTRUCTIONS: PREHEAT OVEN TO 400°F. LIGHTLY GREASE A 9 X 13 BAKING PAN WITH 1 TEASPOON OF THE OLIVE OIL. COOK PASTA ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS, RINSE UNDER COLD WATER, AND DRAIN. PLACE THE FILLED SHELLS IN THE BAKING DISH. COVER WITH THE MEAT MARINARA AND TOP WITH THE MOZZARELLA. BAKE UNCOVERED FOR 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE CHEESE BEGINS TO BROWN. SERVE.
